Erudio Student Loans deferment process 2021

Hello:

Is anyone else having problems this year? Have not heard back about my loan deferment and has been three weeks now. Chased via e-mail, heard nothing. Keep ringing and can't get through.

Deferment is due to end soon. Getting worried now.

Anyone else experiencing the same?

Mine went through really quickly and I got a letter back confirming.

It might be worth checking online or calling if you haven't heard back.

Have not had problems before. Had a confirmation that I had submitted my deferment. No response to chasing e-mail. Not defered on the portal. No other messages. Can't get through via phone.

I’ve been trying to contact them for months. They’re not taking any phone calls “due to covid” and so must have 4742796749 emails to get through. Really shoddy

I had a letter asking for proof of maintenance and proof of if I'm financially dependent on someone.

Totally random as I answered everything correctly.

I think they do it on purpose in the hope we forget to fill it in.

Check online as it will tell you if they've sent you a letter.
