Carers allowance supplement

Does anyone know yet what date this will be paid in June? And is there an extra payment again this year?

Im sure the SNP said before they were elected that there would be another extra payment but I’m not sure if they will deliver . It’s weird they haven’t announced the payment for June yet.

Carers allowance supplement is to be paid in June and September.

Sorry, I got a bit confused with the 2 questions.

Just looked and it was the 26th June last year

@Boomisshiss oh was it that late? Hopefully abit earlier this year. I saw something about snp saying we would get another double payment this year but i dont think its set in stone

@Eviethyme its only for people in scotland so unless your in scotland you wont get it

I think it's to be a double payment for December

Carers Allowance Supplement Bill is at stage one on Parliament, and pledges to pay double payment in Dec.

Subject to the parliamentary process but fingers crossed
