I've just quickly started a new thread as the other one was finishing

@dottycats FML right i went incognito and it let me go straight to username/password and now im staring at a facebook type page and i havent a clue where i am and what i do now.

surely im not the only person to be this confused at the start?!

You're on the right track I think! You just need to open a second tab and go to the SRT platform. Have you got the URL?

thanks everyone.. so opened a second tab and now have SRT tool open... menu on left and big blank space for rest of page.

did yous all have this same issue trying to find out way in, have i missed the instructions or something?

does this mean i have no available work there just now. Do multiple projects use SRT and they all go in same place? sorry if these are stupid questions

@Tattiespuds I totally faffed with mine for days before managing to get access. I read all the instructions but what I had to do was something completely different. It was very confusing. Now I keep the FB looking page always open in incognito mode and I have bookmarked the SRT URL so I can easily find it.

I have tasks atm but I'm not on other SRT projects at the moment so I don't know how it works. I was on one before and it seems that for this one they have changed my email address, so it's myname1, and my old one was just myname. If that makes sense. It might take a while to load the jobs?

@AnotherOne4 I'm also confused about ADAP Have applied for some jobs that require ADAP but have no idea if I have it or not In amongst the confusion of trying to access the SRT for S**land I may have created an ADAP account who knows?!

I don’t think I’ve even heard of ADAP before

@YonderTweek i have already bookmarked. im on a Ma**a project. i have found the work and im sat here working away and i havent a clue how to stop working. I only wanted to try it out.

I have to invoice for myself, which i have never done before so bit nervous about that now... cant wait til i done this a few time and know what im doing

@Tattiespuds Well done you That's the hard part done If you go on to one of the App** main pages and find the chat at the top right of the page , then select your project name from the drop down menu you will be able to chat with people working on the same job as you. There's a mix of experienced old timers and complete newbies and you can read all their Q @ A and ask your own. Don't be afraid, it's actually great fun, I've had a ball in the last 3 weeks and learnt so much from others

@Tattiespuds And make sure that you keep your own timings of how long you work each day and then record it in your invoice It's very straight forward to complete the invoice, just click on the tab, select today's date, choose the job you're working on and put in the number of hours and and minutes you've worked today Then select save draft and it's all done. Be aware that they work on Pacific time so your working day ends at 8am tomorrow Good luck, sounds like your doing great

So it's really confusing indeed, I've got a login to it but jobs never show! I was out on another job and I've emailed their support team but it's still not there 😅

Thanks @kneesknocking, where do I find out how many items I should rating per hour? I'm a bit worried while I get into it that I might be too slow and I don't want thrown off the project before I get to earn some proper dosh

The RPH for SD is 60 but they allow 30 while you are learning. If your page looks like Facebook, that’s great as you can now sign in, but you’re on the wrong bit. Ask in the chat for the work address. It will have the words review.intern in it. It will be listed on the project page somewhere too.

Congrats on your first project, not sure if there is a deadline with that one. I think it keeps going until they've fulfilled their quota (I think I'm right with which one it is as I've done that one too).

I applied and was accepted to SD but never got logs for that either but when trying to raise a ticket that project wasn't there so just pushed for this one so I at least got on one. I wanted the SD though and from this chat is seems a good one. By time I was logging in last night I had absolutely no idea what this project was since it had been a while since I applied and did the qualifier... although I now also can't remember what SD either. lol

Haha. I failed the quiz miserably. I was reading the guidelines thinking I don't really want to do it. Oh well!

I failed it too, got about 73% (not that I could have done anything yet as I still don't have SRT logins.

I kept getting myself confused between two of the options. Definitely think it could have been worded better!

@AnotherOne4 Yeah, I didn't enjoy it at all. I noticed some legend in the chat passed the quiz. Fair play to them!
