My credit card company have asked me to obtain a report detailing the damage on a set of bi-fold doors to claim under section 75A.
The door company have already said they can't fix the damage and the doors need to be replaced.
The last time I claimed under a.75A the card company sent out their own furniture expert.
How would I even go about finding someone to write this report for me? The door suppliers are unwilling to and no longer returning my calls.
