Could not afford it & never had a water bill that big

My water bill was less than this before i had dd.

So they came out as i protested & said there must be a leak or something, if i could have afforded it i may have just paid it BUT we don't have much money & £300+ is a shock to the system.

So engineer comes out from Three valleys & guess what? they have been reading the wrong metre for my flat, i have someone elses reading on my bill

Good job i questioned it cause i am mighty pissed off, i have had sleepless nights wondering how the hell to pay the damn thing.

that is A LOT!

we pay just over £100 every 6 months on a meter, wtih 3 young children, dishwasher on every day, baths showers etc etc
is just about in line with rates, a bit cheaper I think

Well we are a family of 4, we use washing machine, showers/baths, washing up thats it no dishwasher or anything & we live in a 2 bed flat.

all these flats are 2 bedroom though so someone somewhere in this block has a high water bill, not sure who but they better find out, i wonder if someone else had my metre number on there bill, total mess.
