One off Tac credits Payment

So I received the text off HMRC last Thursday

"HMRC: One-off £500 payment by 23 April for working households receiving tax credits - it's automatic so no action needed. Search 'one-off payment' on Gov UK "

I'm so confused I get CTC I'm a single mum but I don't get working tax as I earn £24500 a year so according to the HMRC website I wouldn't be eligible for the £500 one off payment is this right as I'm so confused Hmm
