Tax credit - anyone got a date for the £500 payment yet?

I see a lot of tax credit recipients will be getting a £500 lump sum rather than the £20 a week - but has anyone had it yet or had a date for it? I get a small amount of tax credits and can't figure out if I'm eligible for the £500

@Bexessex really pleased for you but was secretly hoping it was a Natwest thing. I got the text and HMRC confirmed eligibility last week but no sign of any money yet. Feel like I'm the only one waking up to an empty bank.

Oh I'm sorry 😞 natwest are generally rubbish at money going in , it always seems to be later than any other bank. If u got the text im sure it will go in ASAP

I am Barclays an I have nothing too :( the guy I spoke with said I was eligible too that was on Wednesday I think. Bit disheartening should be a straight up yes your getting it or no your not.

Oh my god! I've been so stressed about paying the mortgage this month, no text so I thought I wouldn't get it. It's there! Such a relief it will help so much.
