I've had this card for a few years, and always get my cashback on 30 Dec, usually about £50/60 for the year. Received the last payment 30 Dec 2020 as ususal, but yesterday I've received a random cashback payment for £1.97. I'm not signed up to any smart rewards or anything like that, so no idea what it could be, and I don't think they have sent me anything about a change to Ts & Cs or anything. Anyone else had the same / know what's going on? There isn't any info online as far as i can see and phoning them is an absolute horrorshow so I can't be arsed!
