Freetrade - when do I get my free share?

Hello, I signed up to Freetrade over a week ago and topped up my account but have still not received my free share. Does it normally take a while? When can I expect to receive this? Thanks.

It can take up to 2 weeks.Any longer send them a message via the app ,they generally reply very quickly.
