Does anyone have an account with them?Are they any good? Having to change from Nationwide as they are useles,am so annoyed with em!

I like natwest, they have good telephone banking quick, i have several acounts with them to transfer around. Open 24 hrs, english callcentre can go through to branch.

Too many reviews that do nothing for me though and a 0845 number thats the bummer with them
