Experian or clear score

I have both. On the free Experian it only tells you your score whereas on Clearscore you get the score plus a credit report.

Interestingly recently I was passed over from an electricity company to bailiffs mistakenly for not paying a bill. Clear score still isn’t showing any change but my score on Experian has dropped by about 350 points. Due to them having the wrong person I had no knowledge of this supposed debt until I saw my Experian score
