How can I trace my previous pensions

Lockdown is having a profound affect on me and I'm thinking of all sorts.

Today I was wondering how I go about finding my previous pension contributions from the past 22 years or so.

I would like to consolidate them.

Does anyone know how I can do this?

Some companies I worked for went into administration and no longer exists?

Thank you

There's a tracing service on gov.uk - if you know the old company names that should be a start. Consolidation may or may not be the right answer but finding them certainly is. Hope it works out for you.
