Credit card

Can anyone help please?
I logged into my online banking to make a payment to my credit card then I logged in again an hour or so later to see if the payment had been deducted.
However, my balance has now gone up by £450 and I haven't used the card to pay for anything but there's nothing showing on my transactions. Surely if someone has used my card it would be showing on my transactions?! Could this be a mistake on the banks behalf with generating the figures since my recent payment?
Unfortunately the credit card company is closed so I can't even ring and ask them what's going on.

I thought the fraud team were available 24/7? Which bank is it?

Have you recently made other transactions? They can take a couple of days to show on your account

The card is with virgin money.
No I haven't used the card at all since I did a balance transfer about 12 months ago

Call them, the line is still open

I've just rang them and they said on their side the £450 deduction isn't showing as it is on mine and it's likely a technical glitch that keeps happening on different peoples accounts that they are aware of and have been trying to fix. They said my account should rectify itself within 24 hours so we will see.
Thanks for your help

You’re welcome, glad it’s just a glitch!
