Need some advice regarding solicitors and abusive ex (never married).Ex and I have been going back and forth via solicitors for a month, wasting my time and money as he said he would. We have a child arrangement order via courts due but he constantly gets his solicitor to email my solicitor random things, I told my solicitor not to respond at all in the future as we can arrange everything in court, she seems that we should reply to most things. I am trying to heal and save money during these times but have also not been through this before I don’t know if my solicitor can actually ignore his? If so she doesn't seem to take it on board do I drop her and hire another solicitor later down the line. I have had enough it is like he is taunting me.
