I've been sent this and she's paid her deposit already! Don't remember my son's bring like this last year! Anyone know if it's the same with all renting agencies?

Yes this is normal

If your daughter is a student I would council you to not sign the agreement as I think the unis will not be doing face to face tuition until sept 2022.

Yeah we're getting mixed messages...they're actually-let's say-hands-on/practical courses that both are doing at different Uni's and both have been told that their lessons COULD resume in the next couple of months(?)
So awkward as they're being told to get them signed ASAP
