4th Self employed grant

Do you think the 4th grant will take into account the new 2019/20 self assessment figures?

I was watching the Martin Lewis programme a couple of weeks back and he said what the grant will be will be announced at the next budget but he strongly suggested that yes it will but what percentage will it be this time?
