I feel a bit silly but essentially ordered 2 pairs of shoes on JD back in Nov. Neither fit well and I work near Oxford St so returned them instore. Stupidly didnt check the returns receipt and only realised that the staff had only logged in one item to be returned. Planned on going in the next day to sort it out but we entered another lockdown...
Work took over for the past few weeks so forgot about it all, but trying to sort it out now but I’ve misplaced the proof of returns receipt!
I also dont think my returns were processed at all because i was never emailed nor did i get a refund for at least the other pair of shoes!
Contacted JD but am afraid they’ll probably say they dont have my returns on their system either and i have no proof of returns receipt, any idea of what i could do?
