CSA / Child Maintenance £7.02pw

Good morning,
I am hoping someone can help.
My child’s father only pays £7.02 per week child maintenance. Since Sept 19-August 20.
He did increase this to £40 pw August 20 but has now reduced this back down to £7.02.
Based on csa calculation. He works for his fathers business and they pay him cash in hand or not at all. He lives off his parents basically.
Which is he own choice etc.
Yet I am ordered by the court to travel half way up the country to facilitate contact every other week. Which cost minimum £50 each trip.
I am my daughters soul financial provider. I pay for nursery. I work part time. I do all I can.
But this minimal amount is causing significant financial impact upon us. I have appealed to the csa to explain he is working. They just keep saying I have no prove. Which in theory I don’t. I have reported the company to hmrc for fraud with no response/action.
I feel wholly tied by the court order yet am suffering with his inability to pull his weight.
Does anyone have any advice at all?
Anything would be greatly appreciated x

Who moved away? Can you ask for a variation of the court order?

I moved away with the baby. I lived alone with our baby. I came home to be able to work and get support.
We have a final order which he keeps trying to vary. To get full custody stating mental health issues. Which have all been checked and ok. Yet he lives at home with his parents, is starting he has no income to support the baby (relies on his parents for pocket money) I have my own home, I work, I provide and always have for our child.
To be short him and his family keep intimidating/bullying us because we left and are happy.
He even brought his new gf to handover even though hasn’t seen the baby for 8 weeks.
I have an active harassment log and malicious communications crimed. Yet the court seem to dismiss this.
It is all seems to be never ending.

Sadly it seems to be if you move you do the bulk of the driving I suppose you could ask for a variation due to financial hardship but again you need proof

I can prove that I can afford the travel.
He was giving £50 towards. Then £25.
Now nothing.
It simply isn’t sustainable.
