Broker for regulated BTL

I posted on Property/DIY but no response yet. As I frequent both boards and I know there are some experts on here I thought it would be worth an ask here too - does anyone have a recommendation for a mortgage broker who can assist with a regulated buy to let? I'm in SE but happy to liaise virtually, just want someone who understands this niche market!

I think this is quite specialised OP. I’m a landlord and really wouldn’t know where to start. I suggest posting on Landlordzone where there will be people who have experience of this.
