Recovering money after issue with ccj

I am trying to recover money from a decorator who failed to do any work after a deposit was paid.

A ccj has now been issued but I'm a bit unclear how I proceed with recovering the monies. Do I now have to fill out further paper work asking the court to send bailiffs?

Also can I lesson the original amount I am claiming for so it falls under the threshold amount so I pay less court fees? With the original amount I would have to pay nearly £100 to recover an extra £105 so it just seems logical to keep it under the threshold.

Does anyone have an experience? I went through thr nee money claims online site rather than MCOL. Not really sure what the difference is.
