Materially spoilt yes, but imagine being that child and having all your private moments shared? whether he’s on the loo or opening presents; it’s never about him, it’s about showcasing herself. There’s no way a massive pile of presents is going to compensate for that. It might win her Bot followers but I can’t imagine it’s going to win that boy many friends. The lack of parenting judgement on her part is astounding (but unsurprising).
