Definitely photoshopped. Badly, at that.

InTheShadowOfTheMushroomCloud · 18/12/2020 22:49

Nah it's real but filtered within an inch of its life....

BSintolerant · 18/12/2020 23:02

Aren’t they all?! Wink

Spongebobette · 19/12/2020 14:09

Bloody hell the dungareed guru is totally deluded

Apparently he underprices his time and often gives his time for free because of his internal lack of self worth - or some shit like that -

He mentions psychotherapy and his long it takes to train but he’s put off by his dyslexia ‘and academia and all that’ but came across NLP

He has NOTHING to offer anyone, NOTHING AT ALL, it’s all just bits of mumbo jumbo he’s picked up and he thinks people should pay him for it?

Spongebobette · 19/12/2020 14:29

*how long it takes to train

BSintolerant · 19/12/2020 18:10

Am I right in thinking that if he were to undergo professional training to be a therapist he would have to undergo a certain number of hours of therapy himself before he could practise? He definitely needs help.

CompleteBarstool · 19/12/2020 18:10

Well Boris has royally fucked up our Christmas plans to see parents that we havent seen for almost a year.

What's the betting that the Castle clan (Tier 4 in both London and Wales) completely ignore the fact that they should only spend Christmas with those that they live with.

Rules don't apply to them of course

Yes, depending on the therapeutic modality, though Cognitive Therapies tend not to require this as standard. Lots of brilliant therapists who aren’t academic. But WW’s main stumbling block is the inability to complete a thought or sentence and being wedded to low barriers to entry get rich quick opportunities. I can’t imagine him staying the course on anything requiring quiet consistency. I’m not even sure he’s consistent with his vegetable delivery or watering Basil.
InTheShadowOfTheMushroomCloud · 20/12/2020 12:21

I trained as a counsellor 100 yrs ago. We had to have our own counselling whilst we were training. The actual counselling convinced me I was mentally strong enough to absorb others horror so I never practiced...

My Xmas is going to be very different from the one I had planned too. I will be spending the day only with my mum and dad on Xmas day. I guarantee that castle clan will all be together for Xmas. They haven't stuck to the rules throughout. Although I can appreciate their circumstances and why they will want to be together, it's not an excuse to consistently break the rules the way they have

Spent last night in tears, mute with disappointment that I can no longer visit mum and she faces spending it alone now Sad.

Spoke to her today (couldn't have called her last night, too upset) and she is philosophical about situation. Will work with brothers to see if something can be organised with them last minute. They live 1.5 and 2.5 hours away whereas I live 7 hours away and not possible to do in a day, sadly.

She also has an amazing neighbour who, once she finds out the change of plans, will provide her a lovely christmas dinner if necessary (she hands tasty plates of food over the fence regularly Grin.

Once way or another, something will be sorted for mum, all within new rules.

Christmas Day will happen at Easter! That's our new plan.

CompleteBarstool · 21/12/2020 08:44

@ketosavedmylife Sad

We're aiming for Easter too

CompleteBarstool · 21/12/2020 08:50

Does anyone else find it bizarre that Yawn's teens "aren't arsed about eating with us" on Xmas Day so it will only be her and Mr Yawn and the stepladder eating together? Hmm

Their kids never seem to join them for meals out either. My 2 always jump at the chance of a meal out with us.

Nurse is teaching her son that Christmas is all about him getting presents

That's so weird. What kind of dynamics are going on where the kids don't eat Christmas dinner with the parents?? Especially in corona times!
Norma27 · 21/12/2020 10:12

I thought the same about yawn's Christmas dinner. My children will sit at the table with us whether they want to or not. My youngest will probably have toast or chips as they are an awful eater.

Spongebobette · 21/12/2020 13:11

That is extremely odd!

Spongebobette · 21/12/2020 13:11

Perhaps Yawn’s relationship with food is the factor

ticktock19 · 21/12/2020 15:19

Just seen this posted by the Grandmaster of Aloe (in the U.K.) - could this be the tiniest chink of good news if there was a no deal Brexit? Aloe held up for weeks in ports 😏

MLM Bot Watch 64: All I want for Christmas is gloop.
Spongebobette · 21/12/2020 16:28

If there’s an Aloe shortage maybe bots can put the prices up

I think this post is bollocks by the way - they are using Brexit anxiety to get their boys ordering stock from the UK warehouse

They could probs get enough Aloe for the whole country in a transit van anyway

ticktock19 · 21/12/2020 17:04

So very true @Spongebobette make that a tiny van heading direct Yawnshire

Spongebobette · 21/12/2020 17:17

Look out for minion bots posting about ‘get your order in ASAP!’

YouokHun · 21/12/2020 17:37

Yes same pressure as March this year, “quick quick, lockdown is coming, order before the end of March to cover yourself for the months to come”. That blip in [internal] sales has been used to sell the opportunity to the furloughed and unemployed since.
