bank that allows you to rename account names

I'm with First Direct but they do not allow you to rename your accounts. I want to call one Savings etc etc so it's obvious what each 'pot' is - does anyone know any banks which allow you to do this? Thanks

Natwest do. All my pots have different names

Just looked on my Nationwide app and I can change my account names on them.

Halifax lets you set up 'pots' and savings with different names for different things. Plus save the change! I really like their app!

Hsbc allow you to rename them if you go online or on the phone and speak to them.

Halifax. I have lots of accounts which I can name very easily on their app.

Barclays do this too.

ByeByeMissAmericanPie · 16/11/2020 23:08

I’ve done it on my online accounts with Lloyds too.

Nationwide do. I have one called ‘savings’ with £4.90 in Grin

Santander does as well

Monzo is what you need. You could keep your first direct account then transfer money over to monzo and shift around into various pots. It's brilliant.
