Thanks @AVL.

I've emailed the project team because the work page does not appear when I log in :( Was so excited to be doing this too.

tinyradish · 04/11/2020 11:08

Still gutted about project am** but happy a fair few of you are getting to give it a go! Fingers crossed for the December round.

I did pass the new Fo project however clicking on 'Work this!' Just leads me to an error page. This happened with a previous F project and was never sorted. Any ideas?

seizethecuttlefish · 04/11/2020 11:14

@NCforsafety mine is on a tool via a fb link. Nothing showing on F8 for me. I'm a bit confused but it seems to be working.

Sorry, I mean nothing showing on F8? Might have to deal with my tiredness after getting up at ungodly o'clock for Potato shift!

Thank you both @AVL and @seizethecuttlefish - I was using the link on email 1 rather than email 2 - all working now happy days.

Ilovefood1 · 04/11/2020 11:26

Hi @NCforsafety, I'm doing this now. That's strange, when I logged into the reimbursement place, it comes up straight away on my dashboard. You might need to contact them? I wouldn't continue without being able to do the reimbursement.

NCforsafety · 04/11/2020 11:33

Thanks everyone - last question I promise!

When uploading the purchase price of the item do I include shipping as per the receipt?

MarigoldMoonStone · 04/11/2020 11:37

Same @tinyradish has been liked it for over a week for me (on Scotland one), and i have sent them a message but not had a reply :(

Ilovefood1 · 04/11/2020 11:37

@NCforsafety I included the shipping!

AVL · 04/11/2020 12:07

Hi, hope someone can help. I need to purchase in Euros. For reimbursement I have to use my currency £. Do I put in what I paid which will be shown on my bank statement, or do I use a conversion tool? Thanks.

Rad2016 · 04/11/2020 12:34

Hi guys help please waiting for response. I have a joggers to buy for £90. I have bought a few items already. I am worried this might go over my limit of $150

Hi, the limit for all items is a lot higher. Not sure I should put it in here. The figure you have quoted is per item.
YonderTweek · 04/11/2020 12:48

Erm, can I ask another question? I'm still stuck on my first purchase! I have just completed it (as in, bought and done the first form - will review once item has been received). Tried to go to the reimbursement page but the whole page is empty. There's nowt there. Does anyone know what to do? Or do I need to do all of my purchases before I something appears on ADAP?

This is so confusing!

0htooooodles · 04/11/2020 12:59

Anyone get an email about SME from Lionbridge? Tad confused by it Confused

Have you logged in to the page from the link in the email? I can see the correct page with the fields to fill in.
YonderTweek · 04/11/2020 13:27

Thanks so much @AVL! I just copied the link and nothing came up. I went through the email and it works now. Smile I'm actually finding this a teeny bit stressful because there are so many guidelines and a lot of it is out of date etc, so I'm sitting here like Confused. Haha.

whysotriggered · 04/11/2020 13:37

I have just done A and messed up. For all but one, I forgot to note down the jobID. I thought jobID meant order number and I was wrong. I think now there is a strong chance I will not get reimbursed and unsure whether or not to cancel the orders(of largely rubbish) I've made. I am waiting to hear back.

Learn from my mistake!!!

Rad2016 · 04/11/2020 13:55

Now am panicking. Where do you note down the job id

Rad2016 · 04/11/2020 13:57

Got a message that I've reached my purchase limit. Do I just go ahead and review products I've purchased? Please I can't do this wrong. I need this money so bad. Let me watch the videos again just to make sure

YonderTweek · 04/11/2020 14:16

@Rad2016 I think you just fill in the purchase bits for now and then review when you get the items. In the meantime you need to fill in the reimbursement forms on the ADAP thing - that's where you put the job ID.

Ahh, @whysotriggered that sucks. I bet you're not the only one who has done it. The guidelines aren't very clear. Well, they kind of are but there's lots of them. Lol. I think you can always return the stuff if you're told you won't get reimbursed, but I hope you will. It would make sense for them to reimburse if lots of people make the same mistake. Fingers crossed!

I've only bought 3 things so far because I'm too OCD to proceed, and this is literally taking me all day. I also have another project to do and my son to entertain so it's hectic. Lol.

TeddyDidIt · 04/11/2020 14:19

Phew. I have finished my A purchases and filled in the details for reimbursements. Fingers firmly crossed that I've done it ok!

anxiouswaiting · 04/11/2020 14:24

I have just done my first purchase on Am** and now trying to do my reimbursements. I am not sure where to find my AC Id though?

Also it asks for the cost in my local currency, I am GBP, but I paid in $. So do I put what paypal converted it as or do I put the dollar amount?

Rad2016 · 04/11/2020 14:26

@YonderTweek thank you. I really hope I have done everything right. This was quite a lot to do. Took me all morning and I am exhausted. Will have a break and watch the video on how to upload on ADAP as am not sure what to do. Doesn't take much to get me confused

bettyshotspot · 04/11/2020 14:38

It is pretty stressful, this is my second month and although it's fun to shop, remembering everything and spending so much money does take the shine off a bit. I think the best advice I can give is to take a screenshot of the item in the tool as soon as it pops up which will keep a record of the ID. I also rename screenshots with the ID, eg. "123456789 product" and "123456789 invoice" and put them in a folder. I find the hardest part is the flipping exchange rate - I need more than two coffees to get my head around figuring that out Grin

bettyshotspot · 04/11/2020 14:39

@anxiouswaiting it's on the email you got through the night, highlighted in yellow
