Child benefit - underpaid ?

I have two children and get £140 a month but if it’s
21.05 first child 13.95 second child x 52 weeks divided 12 months I should be getting £151 a month?

It's paid every 4 weeks so 13 times a year rather than calendar month

No because the payment period is 4 weekly not monthly.. You get 13 payments of 140 in a year and it averages the same
