Debt Help

I’ll try and keep this as short as possible 🙈

At the start of the year my partner and I split, leaving me to deal with all the debts as well as a pretty pricey house. I was managing before, paying off the debts and then lockdown hit, I was furloughed and since my income has reduced quite significantly. One of my loans was written off completely (phew!) I’m paying the other two, one will be paid by February, possibly sooner if I can add a little extra to monthly payments. The other is longer but just affordable at the moment.

I have 2 credit cards, one of which I’ve set up a payment plan for and can afford monthly.

The issue is the second cc which I’ve now been sent a letter stating they are passing it to a debt collector.

I guess my question here is what they can do going forward?! Can I arrange a suitable monthly payment with them (as little as possible, probably £10 a month) I’ve already defaulted and my credit rating is shot to sh*t so not much I can do there. Can they send bailiffs, I was reading if it’s unsecured there isn’t much they can do in that instance?? I’m not saying I’m not going to pay it, but it will be very little I can offer monthly 😩
