Just wondering if anyone else has gone through this too because I'm really panicking and worried.
I've entered into an iva, my first meeting with creditors was 12 days ago, it was pushed back because the creditor I owe the most too (council) needed more time to think so it was re-arranged for Tuesday just gone with that being the deadline. Tuesday came and went and I'd heard nothing so called up myself to ask what's happening, was told that they couldn't get hold of anyone at the council who was authorised to give an answer so basically they just have to sit and wait. In the mean time I've had letters and emails from the council asking for the payments and threatening me with court even though they know I've applied for an iva. My insolvency practioners have told me not to engage with the council or make any payments, I'm just so pissed off right now because I just want to get this sorted but they are being really awkward and longing the whole process out 
anyone had this before when entering into an iva? Just so nervous and worried 😟
