Just wondering if anyone has had a similar experience, I updated my tax credits in June to let them know my son was staying on in education. He shows as being in education on the app etc but the payments haven’t been recalculated so we’re getting what they had on our award as if he’d left school! Been told that they had to send it on to a technical specialist because they have no idea why the system didn’t recalculate, they’ve given me no time frame and said they couldn’t do anything else!
