Microwave vs Gas oven

Is the cost of electricity - nuking something on high for 5 minutes cheaper than the cost of gas - oven on high for 30? If the answer is yes - duh - how much difference am I looking at?

Impossible to calculate the savings without knowing what your tariffs are. (I'm not volunteering to do that, LOL)
Microwaves are usually much cheaper to use than either gas or electric ovens - both of which need pre-heating & thus adding substantially to the cost of fuel.
