Universal credit caseload appointment?

Hi there, just wondering if anyone can help me, I am currently receiving universal credit, I have been put down as not looking for work for over a year due to my mental health. I got a appointment through on my journal yesterday, it's a caseload appointment? Just wondering if anyone can help tell me what this is? I don't cope very well with sudden appointments and the not knowing.

I've never heard of a caseload appointment. Is it a work commitments appointment?

It just says its a telephone call for a caseload appointment? I don't have work commitment appointments due to my mental health. I haven't heard from them in 1 year as they don't need to contact me so it's very out of the blue...

It may just be a catch up to see how you are doing. Do you get the LCW or LCWRA element on your UC claim?

No, I don't get extra money or anything like that it's just the standard amount with my child tax credit and housing benefit I receive. They put a cap on my account last year due to me losing a baby, so I didn't have any appointments, no phone calls or nothing. Its been like that since a year ago and only just got this appointment through 🤷🏻‍♀️

If you've been handing in sick notes for that long and never had a work capability assessment I would query why that hasn't happened.
