Irresponsible lending

Hi newbie here. Has anyone ever done an irresponsible lending complaint from perfect home/temple finance? Long story short. I was widowed quite young. I was 22 with a 21 month old and a 5 month old. I lost my home Lloyd, job etc. SS and support workers involved etc. I couldnt afford to furnish my home. I went to perfect home and got into a lot of debt. They removed all furniture in the end but, then let me go back a few weeks later. Sameven thing happened again (no judging please I was grieving and lost). This went on from 2010 to 2018. I made the complaint with them in November 2019. Went to financial ombudsman March 2020. FO are finally starting the investigation. I paid a lot of money to perfect homes in interest and late payment fee's. Anyone been through this and been successful?

Really sorry about spelling. New phone and autocorrect is changing everything..no idea how to edit it.

I haven't sorry so I've got no advice to give I just wanted to say I'm glad the financial ombudsman has taken your case on and hope you get the result you want. How much money do you think they irresponsibly lent you?

Thank you so much for your reply, it's really appreciated. There was a point I was paying almost £80 a week to them. Had all sorts. Beds, fridge, washing machine, wardrobe sets, laptops, mobiles, cookers. Between 2010 and 2018 Ithe was for sure in the thousands.
