Relocating to Norfolk... Money

Just wondering if anyone can offer me some practical advice and tips on relocating to Norfolk. We've been planning this for a while now, we were planning to do it in a years time, but we've just been given 6 months notice on our current private rent by the landlord. I'm due baby No. 2 early January but potentially have to move in Feb / March instead of the August 2021 we had planned. We are on UC, as well as my wage as a nurse, but obviously I'll be on mat leave when it comes to move. OH Is now in remission so hoping to get back into work soon, but I'm not sure that'll be by the time we come to move. Realistically how much money will we need to relocate? What's the laws on private rent on credit now? I thought there was a law coming in that we couldn't be discriminated against because of UC. We have never defaulted on rent in 4 years, and will have good references as tenants. I'm excited to start a fresh as a family, but the practicalities of it all are a bit daunting!
