Child Tax Credits and adult child moving back in

I have 3 kids and claim Child Benefit and Child Tax Credits for dc2 and dc3.

Dc1 (age 19) is moving back in with me. He is in full time employment.

I obviously have to change my council
Tax (25% discount) but does dc1's salary count as household income? I pay all the bills and mortgage alone.

I'm pretty certain that it doesn't count as income.

No it doesn’t , but it would count towards housing benefit.

I don't claim housing or council tax benefit (just the 25% single adult discount)

It will be fine then , won’t affect anything other than as you say council tax.
