Hello all

Sorry I feel so dim putting this up but I am confusing myself so much trying to figure out my pro RATA salary for when I return to work after maternity leave...

My current salary before tax is 20k and that's 37.5 hours per week
My take home pay before I went on leave was £1400 per month approx

I am looking at returning 3.5 days a week so 26 hours approx. (Calculator saying 26.25) again, forgive me I feel so stupid already Confused

So can anybody tell me what my monthly take home pay will be after tax please for 26 hours per week.

Thanks

I'd say about £910 after tax if you pay tax at the same rate, more if you change tax bands.
