I just have a quick question re section 75 credit card claims. I paid for a ferry crossing with overnight cabins in order to get some sleep! I took the crossing but the ferry company has closed the cabins due to coronavirus. They are not engaging with me about a refund for this part of the trip.
Does anyone know if I can make a section 75 claim to recover the cost of the cabin accommodation?
Thanks so much, I’ve tried to research online but it only seems to cover full claims? Or maybe I should make a full claim as a starting point?
