hi wondering if anyone who has a prepayment gas meter with eon has noticed everytime they top up some money is taken for debt, I've never really noticed it and have never been in debt with them. (Kinda hoping for huge mistake and I can get a refund) 🤞

I used to work for a different energy company and it can be debt on the property but not your debt so worth calling them to find out what's going on.

Thanks for replying beepbeep I've been here 18 years! I know i should have noticed before hand. If you use emergency credit does is that a debt what I mean is do they charge you for using it?

That rings a bell yes but I can't be entirely sure. Best thing is to call them ASAP to check I'd say.
