Normal tiles will be too heavy and push them closer to the tow limit of the car. I can't imagine Yawn is someone who travels light so they need to save weight wherever they can

Perhaps painting the tiles with a C9 would help. Grin

Nothing wrong with cheap and cheerful

But an odd choice for a debt free family with a 6 figure income

Spongebobette · 14/08/2020 10:12

Mind you, if that woman had all the money in the world she’d still make everything look cheap.

TrollTheRespawnJeremy · 14/08/2020 10:20

Anyone else keeping an eye on Essens? It’s a duplicate perfume mlm currently clogging up my fb feed

Norma27 · 14/08/2020 10:46

Do true yawn could make anything look cheap!
We are doing our house up to sell at the moment. Certain things we can go for a cheaper option, others you have to do the more expensive, better option.
Yawn just goes cheap all the way.

BSintolerant · 14/08/2020 10:55

The posts we’ve seen in the last couple of years or so from the likes of Yawn, Castle and Homeschool serve as a dire warning rather than inspiration. Attraction marketing is utterly repellent when bots are left to their own devices. It’s not so much “monkey-see-monkey-do” - it’s more like a load of monkey doo doo.

ticktock19 · 14/08/2020 11:10

Christ, just seen this...thank god it's not yawn

She's just all about the accessorising as cheaply as possible to make it look good through a filtered , carefully angled shot.

(Disclaimer - that's "good" in her eyes, not necessarily anyone else's)

Exactly!

When DP and I bought our first house it was a proper "doer-upper" and need work doing to every room, not just cosmetic work either. We just about managed to get a mortgage so there was very little spare cash.

We did a few cheap and cheerful hacks just to make it more bearable to live in until we had the money to do the work properly but the finish is always a bit shit and temporary looking.

Hell, if we had a 6 figure income I wouldn't be spending every spare moment fannying about painting tiles or buying a shit caravan.

Having seen the interior of some super yachts and expensive motor launches, I can honestly say that you can have all the money in the world to spend in custom interiors and still produce something that I personally consider looks dreadful. And I'm not even going to start on supposedly designer clothes... However, people like what they design and it make them happy - they would probably hate my taste!

Off topic but why on earth is that an article in a newspaper? Someone bought something and changed how it looks? It doesn’t say “advertisement” on it but it bloody well should got all the brand name puffery.

I’m going to hang my washing out later. Should I do a before and after shot of the clothes horse I put them on (only £9.99 for the range and upstyled in French Chic shade “Bollock Fresh”).

fromdownwest · 14/08/2020 12:54

It is very telling though on the level of glam lifestyles that they are now showing.

At one stage Castle had a Tesla doing a light show in her driveway with a brand new range rover on show.

It is quite apparent that they are all tightening their belts, which should be applauded. However, it is be necessity rather than choice.

I wonder how long they can hang on for, this year has given them a shot in the arm.

Donald Trump. I rest my case

I went down the rabbit warren of watching the Castle Clan’s home videos/blogs. They are 3 years cold now but to be fair their team then was huge. They had a team summer party and a training/ recognition day in Scotland. I just wonder how many of those team members are still in FL? The team seems tiny in comparison now.

Botbrigade · 15/08/2020 07:13

There won't be any. that is why recruiting is such an exhausting, demoralising, anxiety-inducing, never-ending chore. It has to be done 24/7 264 days a year, year in year out.

"Pockets of time" is one of many cruel lies perpetuated by all bots desperate to recruit anyone with a pulse, even if vulnerable, physically/mentally ill, solvent, or have absolutely no chance of even attempting to perform the business in any real sense due to other personal difficulties.

These new recruits tend to fall by the wayside within a year, after alienating family, friends, neighbours, colleagues by bombarding them to make pity purchases.

Most of the rest will see what needs to be done and try to do it year in year out (Nurse) but fail spectacularly, repeatedly told by upline to try this or that (all which incurr £££ and bring benefits to said upline).

A tiny minority will gain some recruiting success and make some income (although expenses will outweigh most income) but these bots will be funded independently through a real job, partner's job, family money, investments etc.

It is all very disgusting and why we continue to fight against MLM. I am gratified to see a real blossoming of anti-MLM yt videos flooding youtube. The word is out!

Tattle now claiming BBL had a gastric band to help with her weight loss, it wasn’t Juice Plus.

SalemSaberhagenSpellman · 15/08/2020 21:28

Is there a freedom era mlm? Someone on Facebook is posting all the "boss babe" shite followed with a long and illiterate speech about finding your own freedom Confused oh and I can join a zoom meeting about this nonsense. It seems like a mlm yet I can't quite work out what it is!
I have zero interest in joining the meetings, I'm just curious.

Yup, you live and spend solely for the gaslighting praise heaped on you by others in the same echo chamber, because you have detached yourself from reality (as well as those who genuinely have your best interests at heart)...

CompleteBarstool · 16/08/2020 12:32

Yawn's twisting the truth again.

She's posted about failing most of her GCSEs and not going to college....yet look at her bio at the top of her fb page and it says that she went to a local college of technology.

She also only mentions working in a restaurant and has conveniently forgotten her job with the police (which would have needed some qualifications)

Hmm
Bluewavescrashing · 16/08/2020 12:51

Nurse is posting unappetising photos of dry grilled chicken, tinned veg and salad, and proclaiming it's an amazing lunch. Hmmm.

Norma27 · 16/08/2020 14:01

Lol at 'never went to college' but also 'studied business at w college of technogy'.
She probably actually went for 2 lessons then got bored and dropped out.
