Commercial Mortgage

Hello all,
Is anyone able to recommend a really good COMMERCIAL mortgage advisor? UK based. We are in South East and looking into a large mortgage for a Guest House, but need someone with expertise and a proven track record x

I work in commercial mortgages although for a bank. Guest houses are tricky given income is so variable and not guaranteed so lots of lenders won't touch them - also given the economy many lenders have very much pulled out of the market for all but the absolute strongest deals. You say a large mortgage but for commercial large is really £20m plus so would imagine you'll need to go with a small/challenger Bank or small building society. Best of luck!

Sorry yes, we are looking at a mortgage for 500000, therefore relatively small lol 🙈
