Remortgaging question: can some one help the thicko?? !!!

Right, went on money supermarket, the cheapest mortgage payment quote was about £450 with a well known bank, went on to their website and their mortgage calculator came out at about £570!!!! Why???? Was hoping to avoid using ind, fin adv this time so no 'fee' for them adde to mortgage.

Interest only against repayment mortgage? Mortgage term/interest rate the same? What type of rate are you looking at.
By the way having an IFA does not mean paying for their advice as they will recieve a fee from the mortgage company, always ask first.

Walbert...........go to see a IFA based at an estate agency..... they wont charge you
