My daughter has had her account hacked and somebody has spent over £1000 at Argos on it. We are having a nightmare trying to sort it, PayPal are saying it was an authorised transaction but we can't get to speak to a human and the bank can't do anything till they hear back from them. She has spoken to Argos and given them a tracking number but they can't do anything either. Does anyone have any ideas what to do next. We've contacted the police on the action fraud online page but are stuck.
