Am I right I’m thinking that the benefit cap does not apply if you are earning over a certain amount of money while on universal credit?

Correct I think it's about £603 or maybe £503 per month. It also doesn't apply if someone in the household is disabled, claiming the LCWRA element and I think also if a carer.

The £603 is combined isn’t it? What if only one is working, do you know how it works then?

It's £604 per month household income, so can be one person earning the full amount, or 2 earning some money each.
