Any idea when they’ll return after so many products removed from the market 😫 anyone else waiting?

I read that Clydesdale Bank have already reinstated them so hopefully not too long for others to follow. I need a 95% LTV so in an even worse position! I'm desperately trying to save the other 5% at the moment. So frustrated as we had an agreement in principle and had started viewings before lockdown, our affordability score is great and we only want to borrow 2x joint salary. Hope you get sorted soon.

Same! After years of thinking it would never happen to, We actually have our house too but can’t move forward 😖

I spoke to our broker last week and he seems to think it'll be a couple of months before we see higher LTV mortgages widespread again, but felt that it would happen. Hope hes right!

A couple of months? I do hope not as we would potentially lose our house 🥺

That was for 95%, 90% is already back with a handful so don't worry I'm sure you'll be ok! He was saying for all lenders to be back to pre Covid offers, but some are coming through sooner.

Yorkshire building society are still offering them.

I am waiting for a specific one 😕 already have my mortgage in principle and with bad credit not sure it’d by wise to try any where else now 🤣

HSBC are still doing 90% at the moment
