My mortgage deal is up in September, we normally go back to a broker to look at deals and sort it all out for us but it's a pain in the neck as pretty long winded especially now we have a toddler.

I've looked at deals myself and would like to stick with my current lender as they are the best deals for us, can I just call my lender up closer to the time and change my deal or does it not work like that?

Yes, we can do ours online, it’s tells you what rate you can get and sends you all the paperwork through to sign bu each person on the mortgage. Give them a call, you can usual switch within 3 months left of your current deal.

I've used London and Country for yers, recommended by money saving expert- fee free, whole of market.
you ring them, they ask your needs, they search, ring you back with 2-3 best options, they have their own solicitor/conyeancer etc.
dead easy!!
