Pockit bank card - they are not letting me access my account.

Hi there !

I hope someone can help me or tell me a positive story.

I have been using a Pockit card as expense account the last couples of years. Few weeks ago they blocked my account for security reasons. They requested proof of ids , reason why I use this account. I have given them everything they needed but I still cannot access my money. I contacted them by emails but their answers are really sporadic. I contacted them on twitter and they promise me they are going to escalate the matter but no one is really contacting me. I’m really worried I’m never going to see that money again. What else can I do to have my problem heard/fixed ?? I’m desperate, it has been more than 4 weeks that I cannot access my account. Thank you

Are they regulated ? If they are you should contact the obudsmem

Thank you for getting back to me - yes they are fsa regulated.

They have two different regulators for different sort codes.
The Head of Finance and the Head of Engineering are both named on their website as well.
They are not a bank with a banking licence.

@getdownonit what does it mean ? Are they people I can get in touch with ?

Yes, you can call the FCA for advice, but I would advise you to have notes on your specific complaint, any evidence of emails you have sent etc.

Hi there, not sure if anybody can help me but I signed up for a Pockit card just a few days ago. Had some issues with one of my cards and needed to use it online so loaded it up with a considerable amount of money. My account has been put under review and I'm going out of my mind worrying that I will not see my money again. If anybody can put my mind at ease that would be great. Has anybody else used or got a Pockit card? Has this happened to anybody else and did you get your money back?
