NC for this one . I’ve a bankruptcy order in place (Scotland ) and my partners income has dropped dramatically£300 whereas mine has had a slight rise £50 some of our expenses such as council tax have also risen . I’ve tried to seek advice on whether my payments will remain same from my Trustee but they’ve not replied to two emails I’ve sent . Normally they also have quite a strong presence online and haven’t saw anything from them in a month . Does anyone else have experience or knowledge of this ? Both of us are still going to work during lockdown so we have had no let up in expenses during this . Really struggling and worried about money as although on paper my income is good my partners is not and the money I pay towards bankruptcy at the moment I really can’t afford to pay extra .

I’m not sure if anyone can answer this apart from your Trustee but I’d be tempted to have a look at the MSE forum - there are some knowledgeable people on there.
