HSBC Digital Banking

Name change for this one to avoid dear partner seeing it.

I have a digital account with HSBC but I have been struggling to access it because the phone number they have is out of date. I have tried telephone banking but it hasn't been much help. I'm really not sure where to go from here.

Can you write to them and provide ID, explaining that you cannot get past the security measures due to old contact info they have for you?

I work for a bank and we would reset all online security provided the customer came into a local branch (not sure if you have a local branch that might let you go in the provide ID as they seem to be working with essential transactions only) or if we had certified ID with a signed cover letter. If you have the account number and your up to date telephone number you could ask them to call you to confirm if they can reset everything.

Thanks for the advice @oooompa. I will give this a try.
