Do you mean the tax credits form?
It has different boxes for different types of income.

It would include taxable benefits like most state pensions (for instance I receive pre-Apr 2017 Widowed Parents Allowance which is taxable) but not non-taxable benefits, e.g. tax credits, housing benefit, universal credit, child benefit.
You'd have to check the specific benefits you are referring to.

It's the same figures you'll have added up to get to your 2012-20 tax credits income.

It's taxable income, so employment earnings plus some (but not all) types of benefits. Are you willing to say which benefits you receive?
