Has anyone used Co-op will writing service at all?
Communication seems really slow (I filled out a draft online 3 weeks ago) and it's only now that I've been scheduled an appointment for next week. I've been informed the scheduled phone call is likely to take up to two hours despite me explaining it's a basic will I want, i.e leave everything to my daughter and I have an executor in place; nevertheless I was told to still expect the call to last two hours.
Is this call likely to be two hours of sales pressure?

I did ours via MacMillans service. No call was needed, all done online with exception of one form that had to be signed and witnessed.

Because of lockdown, I'm finding it really tricky to get a private two hours spare. Don't really want the discussion to take place in front of dd incase she gets upset.
