does being declared bankrupt mean that a letting agent won't ever let to you again?

i have a friend in serious financial difficulty....and she asked me this question this morning (i suggested she contact the CAB...as i dont know where else to direct her..)

does anyone know about this? :i

Is she undischarged? If so, it may mean a larger deposit but not necessarily.

The letting agent tends to ask for someone to act as a guarantor in these cases!
