Yoga bot is based in Scotland and featured a lot on Scottish Success Days

Miniwinnie · 03/05/2020 09:05

I follow yoga bot. She is my friends upline. Her voluntary strike off on companies house has been suspended. Does this mean HMRC are owed money?

Another one possibly heading for bankruptcy. She is still selling the dream though.

BangingOn · 03/05/2020 09:20

I see Modere have had to remind people not to make health claims on social media. Who could believe MLM reps would do something like that?!

I’m fairly sure Yoga signed her dd up for the Bizness on her 18th birthday and did a whole song and dance Live about it.

Any chance of a hint to Nurse’s insta? Don’t really want to join the private fb group.

WildImaginings · 03/05/2020 09:35

Ah yes, Yoga! Many thanks, readded to the list!

RogueApostrophe · 03/05/2020 09:36

Would Castle really take such a poorly lit photo with all that crap strewn around her dressing table when she spends so much time cultivating an image of perfection in every post about her and her house? Also it's amazing what simply standing up straight and sucking in your stomach can achieve...

Norma27 · 03/05/2020 09:51

Mr homeschool is setting up an actual cult meeting. For now there will be online stuff. Obviously at a cost.
You can now also earn as a 'tribie'. Is this going to be some sort of pyramid scheme of his own?
I want to set up 2 burner FB accounts and do his questionnaire on both. Answer one with obvious self esteem issues and one without. Would be interesting to see how he differently he treats the 2, if at all.
He is a despicable thing.

9dartfinish2nd · 03/05/2020 09:55

re Yoga bot, this is interesting.

Just looked on Companies house, back in January of this year she applied to have the company struck off.

but here is the twist in the tale, the voluntary strike off has been suspended due to an objection being received by the registrar.

Wonder if HMRC are involved?

RogueApostrophe · 03/05/2020 09:56

Who would have lodged the objection? Someone that she owes a lot of money to? Not really sure how those things work. Did she get a sad yoga mat this year?

9dartfinish2nd · 03/05/2020 09:58

hadn't seen @Miniwinnie post about this already, as you were!

Miniwinnie · 03/05/2020 10:05

The thing is with yoga bot, I find it really easy to like her. She is so natural and earthy and has such a nice way about her.

She doesn’t push the products the same tacky way her down line does either. She just casually uses them and never posts “order going in tonight, let me know if you need anything”

I’ve noticed that she has been posting more about the dream house she lives in. She really knows how to sell the sizzle of an amazing lifestyle. She’s also going to be a granny this year as well.

Miniwinnie · 03/05/2020 10:06

@RogueApostrophe no yoga mat this year

RogueApostrophe · 03/05/2020 10:16

@miniwinnie Yep she's definitely one of the less pushy bots and she does look amazing. But it's the yoga and endless gym sessions that are to thanks for that, not the aloe shite!

BSintolerant · 03/05/2020 10:31

Objections to strike offs on Companies House are sometimes HMRC related or the company is the subject of litigation.

Oooh looks we have new kids on the block trying to emulate the Messiah
Former welsh downline of Uber, the welsh couple went into publishing and coaching - not much luck there. They have now set up a new venture 'Skinni V'

Are these two bankrupt? Last name rhymes with organ?

OP posts:
Norma27 · 03/05/2020 10:48

Just found the skinniv couple.
I recognise them but can't remember anything about them.
@bsintolerant the beginning of their surname rhymes with Hun.
If you put skinni v into Facebook the husband has posted on their page a few times.

acatcalledjohn · 03/05/2020 12:51

What the fuck sort of bullshit is this? I need a protein shake to conquer the world?

This is damaging to women. Advertising the need to be skinny to achieve things in life is so, so damaging.

Re Yoga

You can object to a limited company’s application to be struck off the companies register if you’re a shareholder or other interested party, such as a creditor, and have a reason to stop the application, for example:

you’ve not been told about the company’s decision
you think the declarations on the company’s application are false
the directors have broken the law, for example tax fraud
you want to take legal action against the company

Interesting that the standard rack up a directors loan, then file for strike off is now being challenged and not such an easy route out for the bots

Are any of the top boys actually solvent?

BSintolerant · 03/05/2020 13:35

@Norma27 Yes, sorry - I’d got their last name wrong. It’s the same as a famous Marilyn isn’t it? According to the Insolvency Register they were both made bankrupt but were discharged in March.

grumpytoddler1 · 03/05/2020 13:38

Jesus another top FL bot who is bankrupt?

CodenameVillanelle · 03/05/2020 13:40

Looks to me like sackedbot has joined some kind of...legal advice MLM? I can't work out how that would work but that's what she seems to be hinting at.

These people are so grubby and shady.

9dartfinish2nd · 03/05/2020 13:52

It's long been rumoured that HMRC have finally woken up to the antics of MLM participants and the running of their Ltd Companies.

fromdownwest · 03/05/2020 14:00

Imagine the additional worry of a HMRC investigation on top of trying to keep the plates spinning. How on Earth they sleep at night is beyond me.

Castle spending money like water again, showing off all her amazon deliveries in her huge house. When will the magic porridge pot run dry?

grumpytoddler1 · 03/05/2020 14:01

The latest bankrupt bot drove a Maserati, went on business class flights, drank champagne and bought lots of Louis Vuitton bags.

All using borrowed money, that they couldn't afford to repay, in order to pretend they were wealthy with a fabulous lifestyle and recruit people into the scheme below them.

CatherineCookson · 03/05/2020 15:00

Welsh couple were in Uber's downline.. latest business is in parent's name as presumably they're not able to be directors?
